Jasmine Jones moved to Austin in 2007 with a college degree in liberal arts and an optimistic outlook. After training at Vespaio restaurant, Amity Bakery, and Lenoir, she set off to make a name for herself saying yes to all of your baking requests!
We love to bake everything!!! But specialize in the breakfast pastry realm with buttery croissants, airy english muffins, and chewy sourdough bagels to name a few. We use seasonal fruit when we are able to, organic produce and ingredients as much as we can (unfortunately some exceptions have to be made), and love our king arthur flour!
We currently operate out of the Spirited Food Commissary Kitchen at 1208 west 4th St. Austin, Texas.
We bake just about everyday and pre-schedule all of our orders and pick-ups for ultimate freshness.
